Not sure what to make for dinner when you need something fast and that the kids will like? Don't worry it's picky husband friendly too! This Marry Me Chicken is so easy and scrumptious.

Marry Me Chicken Recipe:
This recipe has a serving size of three people
Ingredients:
1.5 large chicken breast
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.13 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
◦Season chicken with salt and pepper, have chicken drenched in flour, and shake excess off.
◦In a large skillet, heat oil, add butter, medium heat, and coat the pan with the oil and butter mixture.
◦Add chicken, and brown chicken for 4-5 min on both sides until fully cooked to 165 degrees. Set on a plate to the side when finished.
◦Saute garlic until fragrant. Add chicken stock, deglaze pan.
◦Put heat to medium-low, add heavy cream and parm. Have the sauce simmer for a minute, then season with thyme and oregano.
◦Salt and pepper to taste, add in your sundried tomatoes, put the chicken back in the pan, and have it simmer so the sauce can thicken.
◦Serve over pasta or your favorite side!
Side options:
☐I used canned green beans. You can use really anything you want, this meal is very versatile and good with anything!
Notes:
◼︎Instead of cutting into chicken cutlets I just cut it in half, since my one-year-old wouldn't eat a huge portion.
◼︎I used store-bought parmesan cheese due to being in a hurry, but using a block and grating yourself is better taste-wise.
◼︎If reheating add liquid to thin the sauce back out a bit.
